Janet Elliott became the Executive Director for IVCLA
in 1995. As the
Executive Director of IVCLA she represents IVCLA at community events,
developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations
and businesses throughout Los Angeles County. She works to build
funding for the non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization through public
and private sources and prepares and administers the IVCLA annual
budget. She is the liaison for IVCLA’s membership with the
National Council for International Visitors.
Hannah Stoddard joined IVCLA in 2017. She is responsible for all events, media communications efforts, and serves as the liaison between IVCLA and its Citizen Diplomat members. She increases membership and visibility of IVCLA throughout the greater Los Angeles area with monthly events that focus on the international world, and develops regional networks for the organization. Hannah holds a B.A. in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College.
Mable Kong - Director of International Programs
Mable Kong joined IVCLA in May 2011. As Director of International Programs, Mable oversees all aspects of the International Visitor Leadership
Program and certain fee-for-service programs. She collaborates with
the U.S. Department of State and National Program Agencies to create
and implement programs for the group projects of the International
Visitor Leadership Program. Mable holds a B.A. in International Relations from UCLA and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
Natalia Lvovich - Senior Program Officer
Natalia Lvovich began working for IVCLA in February 2013. As Program Officer,
she is responsible for the formulation and implementation of International Visitor
She manages all aspects of professional exchange programs from
planning through follow up stages, and serves as liaison between
national agencies and the Los Angeles area. Natalia graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in International Relations and is a certified English-Russian translator.
Danica Kreculj - Projects Coordinator
Danica Kreculj joined the staff as a part-time projects coordinator in July 2014. She provides administrative support for the implementation of International Visitor projects sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and other agencies, and is the editor of the monthly e-newsletter. Danica graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in International Relations and speaks French and Serbian.
Ho Lo - Accounting Manager
Ho Lo has been with IVCLA since 2001. He is responsible
for the preparation of all financial reports for the Executive Director
and Board of Directors, managing AR/AP and monitoring budgets for
special programs such as Community Connections and IVIPS. Ho also
prepares the financial information for public and private grant
