IVCLA created the International VIP Services (IVIPS) in response to a demand by foreign governmental agencies, local businesses, and cultural and academic institutions for our services in arranging professional and cultural itineraries for sponsored visitors to the greater Los Angeles area.

Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the field of international exchange and familiarity with a wealth of local resources, our staff can design an itinerary to match the objectives of a delegation or an individual.

IVIPS participants will meet with their counterparts to exchange ideas in fields such as the arts, education, business, government, journalism and law. Lasting professional and personal relationships may develop with those whom they meet.

The IVCLA International VIP Service can arrange the following services:

  • Arrangement of professional appointments for individuals or groups corresponding to their specific areas of interest
  • Arrangement of additional itineraries for spouses of delegates
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Hotel arrangements at discounted rates
  • City tours including Los Angeles, Hollywood area, Beverly Hills, and the beaches
  • Cultural activities including theater performances, museum visits, sports events, or visits to local theme parks
  • Dinner hospitality in the private homes of IVCLA Citizen Diplomats
  • Interpretation and translation services
  • Assistance in arranging similar services in other cities throughout the United States

Fees vary depending on the number of participants and the services required.
